Communications Intern

The Museum's communications coordinator seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly intern to help promote the Museum's programs and events to the surrounding area and beyond.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Upload exhibition, program, and event information to Web-based art world and community calendars
- Distribute publicity materials in Fairfield and Westchester Counties
- Maintain clip books for the Museum’s press archive
- Assist with social media channel updates (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube)
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-based environment
- Social media savvy
- Available 2 to 3 days/20 hours per week
