Curatorial Intern
Summer 2012
Applications will be accepted until 5 pm on April 4, 2012.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, mailings, databases, filing, and organizing library
- Assist with artist liaison, including meeting at the train station and lunch pick up
Qualifications:
- Curatorial aspects:
- Detailed oriented
- Pro-active
- Necessary to know Outlook, Word, Power Point and basic Excel
- Archival Aspects:
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Careful, precise work habits—speed not necessary
- Able to "lift and shift” files
- Ability to take directions and work independently
