Escama Studio products are handmade using 100 percent post-consumer recycled aluminum pull tabs.
They are made by the women of Cia do Lacre and As Panteras do Lacre, cooperatives located in Brasilia, Brazil.
The cooperatives set prices for the goods and production is under their control.
Each brooch is hand-signed by its creator.
