Group Tour Reservation Form
Please note: we require two weeks advance notice.The Aldrich conducts group tours for a variety of audiences, including adults, seniors, clubs, and schools. Tours can take many forms—a traditional gallery talk, an open–ended discussion, or creative drawing and writing activities.
We are dedicated to making connections between contemporary art and the lives of our visitors. Our docents are trained to encourage the visitor to feel comfortable looking at and engaging with contemporary art. We pride ourselves on custom–tailoring each tour to the individual needs of our visitors.
Group visits to The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum are available Tuesday through Friday, 9:15 am to 5 pm, with docent tours also available on weekends.

Fees:
School tour:
$4 per student (1 hour visit with docent)
School tour & activity:
$120.00 flat rate for up to 15 students, plus $8 per child for each additional student. (1 hour visit with docent plus 1/2 hour hands-on activity)
Non–school group tour:
$75 for the first docent (up to 15 people); $50 for each additional docent, with a cap of $225; plus $3 admission per person (adult, student, or senior)
Self–guided groups of 10 or more:
$5 per adult, $3 per senior, student or child (this pricing for groups is in effect Tuesday through Sunday)
